310S Stainless Steel Bolts

BDF is able to produce a wide range of sizes bolts by cold or hot forging. The diameter of bolts ranges from M6-M80 in Metric and 5/16” to 3 1/2” in Inch, and length can be up to 1000mm for bolts.

310S stainless steel has good high temperature resistance. When the temperature exceeds 800 °C, it begins to soften, and the allowable stress begins to decrease continuously. The maximum operating temperature is 1200 °C. Due to the high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good resistance to oxidation, corrosion, acid and alkali, and high temperature resistance. The high temperature resistant steel tube is specially used for the manufacture of electric heating tubes, etc., and carbon is added to the austenitic stainless steel. After the content, the strength is improved due to its solid solution strengthening.
